Explicit Health Data Consent Notice

Food records, body measurements, fitness history, goals, and health-related details you include in coach conversations can reveal sensitive information about you. The relevant processing includes collecting and storing the records you choose to provide, calculating nutrition and progress estimates, and using requested AI features with relevant context. Supabase handles application storage and OpenAI processes AI requests; hosting providers support delivery of these features.

Where explicit consent is the required basis for sensitive-data processing, the request must clearly identify the data and purpose and let you make an affirmative choice separately from general Terms of Service. Merely visiting this notice, accepting general terms, creating an account, or remaining silent does not itself give explicit health-data consent. This page is an explanatory notice, not a record that you have consented.

Permission to process information for requested food and fitness features does not authorize sale of health data, targeted advertising, unrelated research, or disclosures to independent third parties for their own purposes. Where applicable law requires separate consent to sharing, that choice must be separate from collection consent. New purposes can require a new permission.

Provide only information you want to use in the service. You can choose text entry instead of uploading a food photo, avoid including sensitive medical details in coach conversations, and decide whether to authorize connected applications or notifications. If you decline processing needed for a particular feature, that feature may not be available, while public information remains accessible.

You may withdraw consent by contacting us using the details below and identifying the processing you want stopped. Withdrawal does not affect processing lawfully performed before withdrawal. You may also delete your account through Profile if you want to remove saved application records. Withdrawal and deletion are distinct rights; you do not have to agree to a new purpose merely to request either.
